AMERI-RIDE LLC. acilitate payment of applicable fees to you as Owner's limited collection agent on Owner's behalf upon termination of the lease and/or other features requested on the Services. Payment in this way is considered a payment from you directly to the host. Rates shall include applicable taxes where required by law. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid by you are final and non-refundable. You reserve the right to accept a reduction or increase in the Owner's fee in connection with the termination of the rental agreement with the Owner and/or other options offered by the Services, if applicable.

Fees may include other applicable fees, parking fees, charges and/or surcharges, including application fees, municipal, state or state/federal fees or charges, late fees, airport surcharges or contributions, among others.

All fees are due immediately and payment will be made by AMERI-RIDE LLC. Use your account and the preferred payment method listed at AMERI-RIDE LLC. A receipt will be emailed to you. If your primary account payment method is found to be expired, invalid, or unable to bill you, you agree that AMERI-RIDE LLC. as the Tenant's limited collection agent will use the secondary payment method on your account (if applicable). AMERI-RIDE LLC . reserves the right to review fees for car rental requests, car rental agreements and/or other opportunities arising from the use of the Services. In addition, it recognizes and accepts charges in certain geographical areas during high periods of demand, they can increase significantly. AMERI-RIDE LLC. You understand and agree that payment of additional fees or gratuities to the Host is free, voluntary, and at the discretion of the Landlord. After completing a rental agreement and/or other options offered by the Services, you may have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave other feedback about the rental, the vehicle, the options used, and/or the host.

Charges for repairs, cleaning or forgotten items.

As a user, based on the operational control of your vehicle, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the repair of damages or necessary cleaning of the rental vehicle resulting from the use and execution of the service. Car rental contract and/or other options offered by the Service (depending on the specific case) and in addition to normal damage due to "wear and tear" and necessary cleaning ("repair or cleaning"). All damages, losses and actions by you in connection with the Services shall not exceed $550 USA Dollars.
